Grace Bernhardt

Grace Bernhardt currently serves as the Director of Sustainable Investing at Raymond James, a position held since October 2023, where responsibilities include educating financial advisors on sustainable investment strategies and guiding clients with their sustainability and values-based investment goals. Prior to this, Grace worked as a Relationship Manager for National Accounts at Carillon Tower Advisers and held multiple roles at Raymond James Financial, including Education Partner Relationship Manager and Senior Talent Advisor for Campus Recruiting. Grace began their career at Target as a Sr. Field Campus Recruiter and Executive Team Leader in Human Resources. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Florida, Grace is skilled in fostering strategic relationships and developing talent in the financial services sector.
