Jarred Weese

Jarred Weese is an experienced compensation professional currently serving as Vice President and Head of Compensation at Raymond James since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jarred held the position of Senior Director of Compensation at Compass from November 2021 to July 2022. Jarred's extensive background includes over 15 years at Morgan Stanley, where roles progressed from HR Data Analyst to Executive Director, Head of EMEA Compensation & Regulatory team.
