Meco Sparks, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and marketing within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Director of Strategy & Planning for the Private Client Group at Raymond James since September 2023, Meco previously held several key roles at Raymond James Investment Management, including Director of Client Segment Marketing and Senior Manager of Channel Marketing. Prior experience includes positions as Channel Marketing Manager at Macquarie Group, where Meco directed comprehensive marketing initiatives, and as a Marketing Specialist at World Family, overseeing educational programs. Additionally, Meco has worked in operational and communications roles at Lincoln Financial Advisors and Delaware Investments. Meco holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Delaware.
