Rachael Vargas

Rachael Vargas is an accomplished professional in risk management and compliance, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at Raymond James since September 2010, where previous roles included Director of Compliance. Prior experience includes positions as a Mortgage Originator and Claims Adjuster at USAA from June 2007 to September 2010, and as an Underwriter at Accredited Home Lenders from August 2004 to June 2007. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of South Florida, a Master of Accountancy in Forensic Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, and a Certificate of Completion in Banking from the Florida School of Banking.
