Rajkumar Swamy

Rajkumar Swamy, CISM, PMP, serves as the Director of Enterprise Data Privacy & Protection at Raymond James since January 2013, collaborating with the privacy office and stakeholders to enhance privacy program activities and implement various regulatory initiatives, including GDPR and HIPAA. Previous roles include Director of Technology Supplier Risk Management, where Rajkumar established technology vendor risk management strategies, and Director of the Identity & Access Management Modernization Program, leading significant enhancements in information security. Prior experience at UBS involved directing IT risk management and global change programs, while earlier roles at IATA and Syntel included managing critical development and delivery operations. Rajkumar holds a Project Management Professional certification and degrees in Project Management and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
