Samba Bulusu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data architecture and strategy, currently serving as the Head of Data Architecture & Strategy at Raymond James since 2023. In this role, Samba leads initiatives to modernize data strategies and architecture with a focus on cloud-native solutions across various sectors, impacting over 3 million customers and 10,000 advisors. Prior positions include Head of Data Architecture & Strategy at LendingTree, where Samba executed a multi-year data modernization strategy supporting over 100 million customers, and CO-OP Financial Services, where Samba architected a cloud-native data platform for financial transactions. Earlier experience at Wells Fargo involved shaping data management for trading platforms and directing technology teams, while a tenure at Goldman Sachs focused on developing front-office application tools for trading systems. Samba holds a Bachelor's in Engineering from Andhra University and completed a program on AI/ML at Harvard Business School.
