Scott Willis, JM, CAMS, CFE, is an accomplished finance and compliance professional with extensive expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and sanctions governance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Sanctions Officer at Raymond James Financial, along with the role of Chief AML Officer at Raymond James Bank & Trust, Scott has held senior positions in prominent financial institutions, including TIAA-CREF as Enterprise BSA Officer and Chief Sanctions Officer, and Citigroup as Director of BSA Audit & Risk Review. Previous experience includes roles at Wachovia and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, focusing on BSA/AML compliance and oversight.
