Akvindersingh Sandhu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits, HR strategy, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Lead for Compensation & Benefits at Raymond Limited since January 2023, Akvindersingh previously held multiple senior roles at JK Files & Engineering Limited from September 2016 to December 2022, including Head of HR Operations and Senior Human Resources Manager. Earlier career experience includes a tenure as Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Alicon Castalloy Limited from March 2007 to September 2016. Akvindersingh holds an MBA in Finance and Human Resource from the Indian Institute of Business Management, a PGDIRPM in HR from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan's, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Management from Sindhu Mahavidayalay.
