Vinay Khanolkar

Vinay Khanolkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources, currently serving as Lead Business Services at Raymond Realty since June 2023. Prior to this role, Vinay had a distinguished career in the Indian Army, where endeavors included serving as a Colonel and Human Resources Administrator, overseeing the training and administration of NCC cadets in the Jalgaon district, as well as functioning as an Aviation Maintenance Engineer. Additionally, Vinay served as Group Commander at NCC Group Headquarters, managing the training of over 13,000 cadets in Andhra Pradesh. Vinay's experience also includes serving as an Interviewing Officer at the Services Selection Board in Bangalore, assessing candidates for commissioned officer roles. Academic qualifications comprise an MBA from M P Birla College of Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru University, complemented by earlier degrees in Physics and Electronics.
