Jeff Raymond

Jeff Raymond is a seasoned professional in the executive search and recruitment industry, currently serving as a Partner at Direct Recruiters, Inc. since November 2022, following the acquisition of Raymond Search Group, where Jeff has been President and CEO since February 2019. In addition to these roles, Jeff is also a Partner at Starfish Partners, an Owner of an executive search and recruitment firm under Sanford Rose Associates International, and a member of the Urban Land Institute and ASHRAE. Jeff has extensive experience in various sectors, including Construction, Real Estate, Engineering, and Architecture, with earlier positions including Senior Executive Recruiter at On Assignment and Executive Recruiter at Enterprise. Educationally, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
