Vijay R is currently engaged in Manufacturing Excellence at Raymond UCO Denim since June 2023, focusing on problem-solving across departments, optimizing process flow, and reducing lead time by enhancing the efficiency of five key production lines. Prior experience includes a Management Trainee role, where an emphasis was placed on analyzing and streamlining sewing processes to improve productivity and minimize waste. Additionally, Vijay R completed a Graduation Project internship at Laguna Clothing LLP and served as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Texport Syndicate India Ltd, where lean tools were applied in the quality department. Vijay R holds a Bachelor of Fashion Technology in Apparel Production from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Chennai, obtained from 2019 to 2023.
