Edgar Mendoza

Edgar Mendoza is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the transportation and maintenance sectors. Since October 2019, Edgar has worked as Project Manager II at Raymond West, overseeing procurement, transportation, installation, commissioning, and budget management to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. Prior roles include positions as a Conductor and Locomotive Engineer at BNSF Railway, a 15T Blackhawk Repairer in the Army National Guard, and various field service technician roles. Edgar has performed maintenance and repair on material handling equipment and aircraft systems across multiple companies, including Cal-Lift, AECOM, Yale Chase Equipment and Services, and Toyota Material Handling. Edgar holds a degree from the University of California, Riverside.
