Carmen Rosado

Carmen Rosado, SHRM-CP, serves as the Vice President of People and Engagement at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses since January 2019, where responsibilities include driving communication, engagement, and empowerment among associates to support business strategies across New England and Metro East. Prior to this role, Carmen held the position of Director of Human Resources at Cardinal Health from May 2010 to December 2018, focusing on the design and implementation of comprehensive HR programs. Carmen's earlier experience includes managing day-to-day HR operations at Actavis plc (now Allergan) and overseeing corporate training programs at MasterCard. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Fordham University and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
