Eric Imel is a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Raynor Worldwide, where responsibilities include conducting training to promote a Lean culture among production staff and implementing over 100 improvement ideas in collaboration with Union Operators. Previously, Eric served as a Project Manager at Robert Half Technology, focusing on process documentation and project tracking enhancements. As Technician Manager at AG Manufacturing Inc, Eric managed a team during a significant project relocating production lines from Juarez, Mexico to Rochelle, Illinois. Prior to that, Eric worked as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Hartland Controls, where the development of a project management system improved project visibility and efficiency. Eric holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology from Sauk Valley Community College.
