Marcus Moeltner is the current Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Rayonier Advanced Materials. Marcus has over 25 years of experience in the forest Products industry. Prior to joining Rayonier, Marcus was the VP of Finance at Grant Forest Products from January 2005 to May 2008. In this role, they were responsible for cost analysis, risk management, treasury and taxation across six manufacturing units. Marcus played an integral role in bank financings to support expansion in South Carolina, USA and was also responsible for integration of two new Greenfield operating facilities.

In July 2011, Marcus joined Tembec as VP of Business Development and held this position until December 2017. During their time at Tembec, they supported the CEO's transformation plan and completed numerous divestments to re-focus the operating portfolio. Marcus was also accountable for evaluation of acquisitions, divestments and other strategic transactions. Furthermore, they coordinated working capital reduction plans to optimize key performance indicators such as DSO, DPI & DPO.

From May 2008 to January 2011, Marcus was VP Corporate Development at Tembec. Prior to that, they were VP - Business Analysis & Control from July 2000 to December 2004. Marcus started their career at Kimberly-Clark as a Team Leader in Business Analysis in March 1993 and stayed with the company until June 2000.

Marcus Moeltner is a Canadian chartered professional accountant (CPA) and certified management accountant (CMA). Marcus is a graduate of Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne, where they earned their Honours Bachelor of Commerce (HBComm) degree in business.

They work with Chris Black - Senior Vice President Forest Products, Paper & Board Business, R. Colby Slaughter - VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and Frank A.
