Johan Sundström

Johan Sundström is a Research Engineer at RaySearch Laboratories since January 2021, specializing in the development of optimization-related algorithms for radiotherapy treatment planning. Johan's academic background includes a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Engineering Physics from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, completed in 2021, as well as an exchange semester in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Delft University of Technology in 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Supplementary Instruction leader at Lunds universitet from September 2017 to May 2019, where Johan facilitated effective collaboration among groups of approximately 20 university students. Additionally, Johan worked on a Master Thesis centered on Scenario Dose Calculation for Robust Optimization in Proton Therapy Treatment Planning.
