Amanda Sorensen

Amanda Sorensen currently serves as Corporate Vice President, Talent at RTX, beginning September 2023. Previously, Amanda held various leadership roles at Raytheon from August 2014 to September 2023, including Vice President, Human Resources and Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for Raytheon Intelligence & Space, overseeing HR strategy for 35,000 global employees. Amanda's extensive HR experience includes a tenure at Northrop Grumman, where roles ranged from Director of Human Resources for enterprise functions to manager and consultant positions, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Amanda Sorensen earned an MBA in Strategy from the Drucker School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
