Yogesh Chavan

Yogesh Chavan has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. YOGESH is currently serving as the President - Corporate Human Resources at GHFL [Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited • Worldwide]. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Schindler India for three years, where they played a key role in aligning HR strategies with the organization's vision and goals. Before that, Yogesh served as the HR Head - Product Company at Atlas Copco for 12 years, and as the Corporate HR Manager at Electronica Machine Tools Ltd for a brief period. YOGESH began their career as an HR Officer at CMS Computers Limited (India) in 2000.

Yogesh Chavan pursued an MBA in Human Resources from Pune University from 1998 to 2000. Later, in 2022, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur to study HR Analytics for a year. Following this, in 2023, they completed a short-term course on ChatGPT for HR, focusing on Artificial Intelligence in HR, at Great Learning.
