Dantaya Williams

CHRO at Raytheon Technologies

Dantaya Williams is the chief human resources officer of Raytheon Technologies. She is responsible for the company’s Global Human Resources function, which is focused on talent management, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, total rewards and employee experience.

Williams, who joined United Technologies Corp. prior to the company’s 2020 merger with Raytheon Company, has more than 20 years of human resources experience and leadership, most recently holding the position of vice president of human resources for Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engines.

Prior to that, Williams held a leadership position at UTC, where she established the company’s Talent, Inclusion and Engagement organization. She has also held numerous positions across UTC’s Carrier division with a focus on labor relations.

For her commitment to serving the community, Williams received the 2019 Maria Miller Stewart - One Woman Makes a Difference Award from the Connecticut Women’s Education & Legal Fund. In 2013, she joined the board of trustees for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hartford and chaired the board’s HR committee and served on both the governance and executive committees. Williams is currently on the board of directors for YWCA Hartford region and The Connecticut Forum.

Williams earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Labor Relations & Human Resources both from Michigan State University where she now serves as vice chair of the advisory board for the University’s School of Human Resources and Labor Relations.
