Erica Pratt

Erica Pratt is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at Raytheon Technologies, where tenure spans from January 2007 to the present, culminating in the role of Senior Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior positions include Manager II of Financial Analysis and various levels of financial analyst roles, demonstrating a strong trajectory of leadership and expertise in program finance.
