Jack Livingston

Jack Livingston currently serves as the Associate Director of Global Government Relations at RTX since April 2020 and has been a Fellow at the National Security Institute at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School since April 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Government Relations at Raytheon (June 2016 - April 2020) and various positions within the United States Senate's Select Committee on Intelligence, ranging from Counsel to Deputy Staff Director and Chief Counsel from September 2003 to June 2016. Jack's career also includes positions at the Federal Bureau of Investigation as Unit Chief of the National Security Law Branch and Assistant General Counsel, as well as serving in the U.S. Navy as Appellate Government Counsel and Judge Advocate. Jack holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
