Jasen Osterberger

Jasen Osterberger, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Digital ERP Transformation at RTX, leading the overhaul of the company's enterprise resource planning systems to enhance operational efficiencies. Previously, Jasen held the position of Vice President of Digital Applications Transformation & Services at Collins Aerospace, managing 600 employees and overseeing a $140M annual operating plan. Jasen's extensive experience includes roles such as Digital Technology Executive Director at Collins Aerospace, where responsibilities encompassed digital technology integration and project management for a $24 billion aerospace company. Earlier roles at Rockwell Collins included various leadership positions, focusing on IT strategy, business relationship management, and budget oversight for multi-million dollar projects. Jasen also has experience as the General Manager and Minority Owner of Custom Solution Metal Products, and as a Senior Director at hibu, where marketing strategies significantly improved customer retention and sales. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts from Loras College.
