Jeff Kridler

Jeff Kridler serves as the Corporate Vice President of Total Rewards & Workforce Intelligence at Raytheon Technologies since April 2020. Prior to this role, Jeff held various senior positions at United Technologies from October 2002 to April 2020, including Corporate Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Analytics, Head of Enterprise Compensation, and Head of Executive Compensation. Jeff's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Global Compensation at Pharmacia from 2000 to 2002 and as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Towers Perrin from 1996 to 2000. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington.
