Joseph Fazzino

Joseph Fazzino serves as the Vice President and Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Raytheon Technologies since March 2008, overseeing a corporate pension plan exceeding $50 billion. Fazzino has extensive experience in asset allocation, investment strategy, and market research, and has managed a diverse portfolio that includes Fixed Income, Private Equity, and Real Estate, amounting to $30 billion. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Vice President in Capital Markets at Bank of America and Analyst in Asset Management at JP Morgan. Fazzino holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, a UTC Global Leadership Development Program certificate from INSEAD, and completed the UTC Emerging Leadership Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, alongside a BS in Finance & Economics from Bryant University.
