Kimberly Ball is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and project management within the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as an Integrated Product Team Lead at Raytheon Technologies, Kimberly is responsible for the development of cutting-edge electro-optical infrared systems for the M1 Abrams Main Battle Tank, managing a technical budget of approximately $40 million. Previous roles at Raytheon include positions as a Chief Engineer and Lead Systems Engineer, overseeing major Department of Defense contracts. Kimberly’s background also includes experience at L3 Technologies and in various customer service roles, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University and a Master’s degree in Transdisciplinary Engineering from Texas Tech University.
