Margo Cardenas

Margo Cardenas is a seasoned professional in corporate social responsibility and community outreach, currently serving as the Corporate Social Responsibility Lead for Local Community at RTX since July 2023. Previously, Margo held the position of Head of Corporate Citizenship at Pratt & Whitney from March 2021 and worked as a Program Manager for Community Outreach and Development at the United Nations Association of Greater Boston from February 2019 to March 2021. Margo also gained experience as a Project Management Assistant at The LEGO Foundation in 2018 and as a Fulbright Scholar in Spain from August 2017 to July 2018 while pursuing a Master's degree in Management with a focus on International Business at IE Business School. Earlier in career, Margo served as a Latin America Marketing Manager at LEGO Group from June 2016 to August 2017. Margo holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Spanish and International Studies from the University of Connecticut and completed further education at Harvard Extension School in 2022.
