Soléy Gonzalez

Soléy Gonzalez currently serves as the Associate Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and Global Corporate Social Responsibility and STEM Lead at RTX since November 2023. Prior to this role, Soléy was a Partner at ChefRLI, LLC from December 2010 to March 2024, managing a high-profile athlete portfolio and leading a multinational culinary team. As a Senior Director of Partnerships at NAF from November 2018 to November 2023, Soléy provided leadership on various initiatives, including a major internship alternative project. Earlier experience includes serving as the Senior Community Affairs and Public Relations Lead at SFEFCU from January 2007 to November 2018, where strategic community engagement efforts were developed and executed. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Finance from the University of Miami and a Master of Science in Global Strategic Multicultural Communications from Florida International University, complemented by attendance at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2017.
