Stacey Allen

Stacey Allen has extensive experience in total rewards and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Raytheon, an RTX Business. Previous roles include Vice President of Total Rewards at Raytheon Intelligence & Space and Senior Director of Compensation, Performance Development, and Workforce Analytics. Stacey has also held leadership positions such as Senior Director of Human Resources Operations and Director of Human Resources. Early in the career, Stacey was a Human Resources Manager at Northrop Grumman. Stacey holds a Master of Science in Organizational Effectiveness from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
