Steven Sumosky is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in systems engineering and flight test operations. Currently serving as a Principal System Engineer at Raytheon Technologies since August 2017, Steven is responsible for the design, development, integration, and testing of missile systems. Prior to this role, Steven held multiple engineering positions at Lockheed Martin from 2005 to 2017, including F-35 Flight Test Control Engineer and F-35B Flight Test Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed evaluating maintenance requirements and planning ground and flight testing. Steven's earlier career includes roles at Harris Corporation and Raytheon, where mechanical design and analysis were pivotal. Steven's career began in the United States Air Force, serving as a B-52 Defensive Aerial Gunner. Steven holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with an Aerospace Concentration from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
