Patrick Neary has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Patrick started their career as a Midshipman with the Royal Navy, where they gained practical experience in leadership and management. Following this, they interned at the Office of Mark Garnier MP, where they gained research experience and assisted with casework. Since then, Neary has been working at Raytheon UK, starting as a Commercial Graduate and progressing through various roles including Strategy Analyst, Market Analyst, Competitive Intelligence Manager, and currently serving as the Head of New Business and Capture Management. Neary's work experience reflects their ability to adapt to different roles and organizations, showcasing their skills in leadership, research, analysis, and strategic planning.
Patrick Neary attended RGS Worcester from 2003 to 2008, where they completed their A-Levels. Patrick then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in History at UCL from 2008 to 2011. In 2011 and 2012, they studied Terrorism Studies at the University of St Andrews and obtained a Master of Letters (MLitt.) degree. In 2019, they attended the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom and studied DP2C.
