Stephen Wallace

Stephen Wallace is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management. Currently serving as Continuing Airworthiness Manager at Raytheon UK since July 2017, Stephen oversees airworthiness management for a fleet of military and civil aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety risk mitigation. Previously, Stephen held positions as Continuing Airworthiness Manager at Aerocare Aviation Services Ltd and Marshall Aviation Services, where responsibilities included securing EASA approvals and managing business jet operations. Stephen's foundational experience includes roles at Raytheon Systems Limited and BAE Systems, where involvement ranged from configuration management to change engineering for prominent aviation projects such as the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. Stephen earned a BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering from university, attended from 1993 to 1997.
