Rachel Novella

Rachel Novella, RN, CCRC has extensive experience in clinical research and healthcare management. Rachel is currently employed at RAYUS Radiology as the Senior Director of Clinical Research. Prior to this role, they worked as a Clinical Research Consultant and owned their own consulting business. Rachel also held the position of Research Director at GenesisCare, where they oversaw nationwide clinical research operations and handled contract negotiations and regulatory documents. Before joining GenesisCare, they served as the Director of Research at Physicians Regional Medical Group and Southern Maine Medical Center, where they supervised research operations and acted as a research coordinator for various studies. Rachel also has experience as a Clinical Research Manager at Central Maine Pulmonary Associates and as a Research Coordinator at Androscoggin Cardiology Associates. Rachel began their career as an RN and RTR at Central Maine Medical Center, where they administered conscious sedation, monitored patients during cardiac catheterization, and assisted cardiologists during procedures.

Rachel Novella, RN, CCRC completed their education from 1995 to 1999 at the Central Maine Medical Center School of Nursing, earning a degree as a Registered Nurse (RN). In the same period, they also attended the Central Maine Medical Center School of Radiologic Technology, achieving a degree as a Registered Radiographer (RT,R).
