Phoebe Mondala

Phoebe Mondala has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research and drug development. Phoebe currently holds the position of Senior Associate Scientist at RayzeBio since September 2022. Previously, they worked as an Associate Scientist at Recludix Pharma from August 2021 to August 2022, where they were responsible for delivering quality-controlled data for the characterization of inhibitors and providing support in coordinating in vivo model development.

Before that, Phoebe worked at UC San Diego Health, starting as a Laboratory Assistant from August 2015 to December 2016. Phoebe then progressed to the positions of Research Associate I (December 2016- June 2019), Research Associate II (June 2019- December 2020), and Research Associate III (December 2020- August 2021). During their time at UC San Diego Health, they focused on researching mechanisms related to splicing of stem and progenitor cells in pediatric acute myeloid leukemia, as well as investigating the effects of drug treatment in multiple myeloma and RNA editing in therapeutic resistance and relapse. Phoebe also mentored undergraduates and research associates.

Phoebe's early experience includes working as a Laboratory Intern at Pharmatek from October 2015 to August 2016. Overall, Phoebe has demonstrated expertise in scientific research, data analysis, laboratory techniques, and project coordination.

Phoebe Mondala attended UC San Diego from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and Neuroscience.
