Rick Corbett

Rick Corbett has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on engineering and operations. Rick has held various senior leadership roles throughout their career.

From 2023-present, Rick is the Sr. Director of Operations & Engineering at RayzeBio.

Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, Rick worked at Plus Group of Companies as the Director of Pharmaceutical Project Management. In this role, they reported to the CEO of Process Plus and was responsible for developing client relationships, improving project delivery methods, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

From 2016 to 2019, Rick was the VP of Pharmaceutical Engineering at Nittany Innovative Sciences / American Laboratories. Rick led the design, construction, validation, and operations of both a pharmaceutical operations facility and a biologic API manufacturing site.

In 2015, Rick worked at Humana as the Head of Corporate Facilities Management.

From 2014 to 2015, Rick held the position of VP of Operations Engineering at Aprecia Pharmaceuticals.

From 2012 to 2014, Rick was the CINergize Project Director at Forest Laboratories (now Abbvie). Rick played a key role in manufacturing and packaging branded pharmaceutical products.

Earlier in their career, Rick worked at Forest Laboratories (now Allergan) from 2000 to 2013 in leadership roles within the Facilities division. Rick was responsible for selecting, installing, and maintaining production equipment and ensuring the safety and security of building occupants.

Before that, Rick worked at Duramed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (now TEVA) from 1990 to 2000. Rick held positions as the Director of Engineering Maintenance and Assistant Director of Engineering Maintenance, overseeing equipment installation, maintenance, and calibration activities.

Rick Corbett received their CPM-Certification in Project Management from Xavier University in 2015.
