Velia Limon

Velia Limon has extensive experience in customer service and account management, with a current role as Customer Service Lead at RAZ Imports Inc. since April 2012. Previously, Velia served as a Special Accounts Coordinator, managing major accounts and collaborating with buyers and overseas vendors. Velia began at RAZ Imports as a Customer Service Representative, effectively handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. Prior experience includes roles at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty as a Sales Team Member and Customer Service Representative, where Velia coordinated with builders and processed credit applications. Velia also owned Zacatecas Restaurant, specializing in authentic Mexican cuisine, and served as Team Lead at Petries. Velia holds a high school diploma from Grand Prairie High School.
