Frank Martin

Frank Martin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in investment management and community advocacy. Currently serving as Partner & General Counsel at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP since March 2022, Frank Martin previously held various leadership roles, including Executive Director at Compassion Institute and Interim Executive Director at East Bay Community Law Center. Frank Martin has also contributed to the non-profit sector as Chair of the Board of Directors at YR Media and has been involved with Centro Legal de la Raza in multiple capacities. With a robust legal background, including his tenure as President of Standard Pacific Capital, Frank Martin has demonstrated a commitment to both corporate governance and social justice, alongside teaching at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law. Frank Martin holds a J.D. from UC Berkeley - School of Law and a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Georgia.
