Rosie Frawley is currently the Head of People Operations at Razor Ltd. Prior to this, Rosie held the position of Culture & Development Manager at Westfield Health, where Rosie led cultural transformation initiatives. Rosie also has experience as a Learning & Development Consultant at Irwin Mitchell, Regional Learning Partner at Howdens Joinery Co, and Digital Brand Manager at Educated Change. Rosie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Communication Sciences from The University of Sheffield and a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology (MSc) from the University of Leicester.
