Monika Dubasi

Monika Dubasi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Monika is currently the Head of Business Unit - Home & Living at Razor Group since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Flipkart as an Associate Director in Corporate Development from October 2021 to April 2022, and in Flipkart Wholesale from October 2020 to September 2021. Before their time at Flipkart, Monika was a Sr. Brand Manager - Private Brands and Sr. Category Manager - Large Appliances from May 2018 to September 2020 and from March 2017 to May 2018, respectively. Monika also has experience as an Associate Category Manager at Urban Ladder from January 2016 to March 2017. Monika started their career at ITC Limited, where they held the position of Assistant Manager in Logistics from April 2015 to December 2015, and in Supply Chain from July 2014 to March 2015. Monika also completed an internship at ITC Limited in SCM from April 2013 to June 2013 and at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in the SCM Centre from May 2011 to July 2011.

Monika Dubasi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela from 2008 to 2012. Monika also attended Ispat EM School in Rourkela from 2006 to 2008. Monika'seducation journey began at Delhi Public School in Rourkela, where they studied from 1993 to 2006.
