Heather Baird

Heather Baird is an experienced professional in experience design with a strong background in the financial services sector and mobile applications. As Associate Director of Experience Design at Razorfish since July 2018, Baird has led projects for major banking clients, focusing on mobile app design, AI chat experiences, and credit card servicing. Previously, Baird served as Senior Experience Designer for a prominent fintech account, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance user experiences. Baird is also the Founder/Owner of Rosedale Paper, specializing in custom watercolor art and prints. Prior experience includes roles as Senior UX Architect at Perficient Digital and User Experience Designer at Bluetube, where Baird contributed to significant projects for notable clients. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
