Arya Roychowdhury

Arya Roychowdhury is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager - HRBP at Razorpay since May 2025, Arya leads the HR function for RazorpayX Business, Design, and multiple Tech Teams. Previously, Arya held several positions at Flipkart from June 2017 to May 2025, progressing from Manager to Senior Manager roles, providing strategic HR partnership for diverse tech teams across multiple domains, including growth and engagement. Arya's career began at ITC Infotech, where skills were developed as an Associate IT Consultant and further enhanced through an internship focused on ASP.NET. Arya holds a PGDM in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and degrees in Computer Applications and Computer Science from recognized institutions.
