Pulamte Sandy

Pulamte Sandy has extensive experience in design planning and process excellence, currently serving as the Associate Director at Razorpay since October 2022, after progressing from Senior Manager, Design Planning CX. Prior to Razorpay, Pulamte Sandy worked at Concentrix from November 2015 to October 2022, where roles included Manager II and Manager I in Training & Quality. Previous experience also includes positions at IBM Daksh Services India Private Limited, where Pulamte Sandy served as Lead Trainer, Senior Consultant, and Consultant from June 2011 to November 2015. Pulamte Sandy holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Business Administration and Management from Bangalore University, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
