Pat Motola has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Pat's career began at IBM, where they worked from July 1976 to April 1989. Starting as a Systems Manager, Pat eventually became part of the IBM Corporate Programming Staff and led Software Technology Assessment for the IBM Management Committee.

Finally, Pat attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 1986 to 1987, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Management Science.
