Ron Delpiere-Smith

Ron Delpiere-Smith currently serves as the Manager of Network Engineering at RB Global Inc. since January 2024, overseeing the merged Network Engineering teams from Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers and Insurance Auto Auctions. Prior to this role, Ron held various positions at IAA, including Manager of Platform Engineering, Technical Lead for IT Infrastructure, and Senior Systems Engineer, from April 2020 to January 2024. At Walgreens, from August 2017 to August 2020, Ron functioned as a Technical Infrastructure Architect, leading DevOps teams in Azure service delivery. Ron's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, SWC Technology Partners, RSA Security, and Deloitte & Touche, with a focus on infrastructure architecture, project management, and process automation throughout a career spanning over two decades. Education was obtained at Macomb Community College and Northwood University.
