Damiano Porcella

Damiano Porcella is a highly skilled professional in system engineering and requirements management with extensive experience in the rail and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Requirements and Configuration Manager at RB Rail AS since December 2023, Damiano previously held significant roles at Hitachi Rail from January 2017 to March 2024, including Head of Requirements Manager and Requirements Manager Team Leader. Prior to that, Damiano worked as a Software Designer at Fosber spa, contributing to the development of industrial machinery, and as an Advanced Consultant at Altran Italia S.p.A., where responsibilities included enhancing requirements traceability for railway and automotive clients.
