Jovita Starynina

Jovita Starynina, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the field of civil engineering with extensive experience in railway design and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Currently serving as the BIM Team Leader and BIM and Asset Information Management Coordinator at RB Rail AS since July 2018, Starynina has previously held positions as a Design Engineer at GTC (UAB Geležinkelio tiesimo centras) and as a Senior Engineer at UAB "Geležinkelių projektavimas." Starynina's career began as a chief specialist at Vilnius district municipality, where valuable expertise in railroads design was developed. Starynina obtained a PhD in Civil Engineering from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University between 2015 and 2019.
