Aniket Naik

Aniket Naik is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, supply chain, and product management. Currently serving as the Head of New Products & Innovation at Reckitt since June 2018, Aniket has successfully overseen secondary distribution operations worth $300 million in North India and Nepal. Previous roles at Reckitt include Demand Planning Manager and Supply Planning Manager, where responsibilities encompassed demand forecasting for major brands and managing extensive production and distribution planning. Aniket's early career included positions at Amazon and Steel Authority of India Limited, with notable achievements in process improvements and operational efficiency. Aniket holds a PGDM in Operations and Supply Chain from SP Jain Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
