Gaye Horasan Pulurluoglu

Gaye Horasan Pulurluoglu currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Turkey, the Caucasus, and Central Asia at Reckitt since January 2024. Prior to this role, Gaye held several significant positions at International Flavors & Fragrances from February 2013 to December 2023, including Regional HR Director for the AMETI region and Sub Regional HR Manager for Emerging Markets in EAME. Gaye's career also includes positions as HR Manager for Turkey and HR Business Partner for Middle East Supply Chain Operations at Avon from June 2011 to February 2013, and as HR Manager at Avon Turkey from January 2006 to May 2011. Gaye began professional experience in industrial relations at Migros Türk T.A.Ş. from 1997 to 2006. Gaye holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Istanbul University.
