Johann Vernard Ang

Johann Vernard Ang serves as the HR Director for Reckitt Philippines and ASEAN Regional Functions since December 2021, overseeing the HR operations for Reckitt and the acquired Mead Johnson business. Prior to this role, Johann held various positions at Nestlé from May 2008 to November 2021, including VP of HR Business Partner for Technical/Manufacturing, where responsibilities included leading HR functions for over 2,500 employees and driving strategic initiatives for manufacturing excellence. Additional roles at Nestlé encompassed Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager, VP of HR Business Partner for Sales, and Corporate Compensation and Benefits Head, among others, focusing on integration, talent development, and employee engagement. Johann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University in 2008.
