Karan Thareja

Karan Thareja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in eCommerce and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Ecommerce at Reckitt since July 2020, Karan is responsible for growth in various online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. Previously, Karan held the position of India Head for Direct to Consumer at Reckitt, achieving a remarkable 6X growth in sales. Prior to Reckitt, Karan worked at Servify as Director of Business, where the focus was on building Global Trade-In Programs. Karan's career also includes roles at MakeMyTrip, Rocket Internet SE, Corporate Executive Board, and Fidelity Business Services India, with responsibilities ranging from online revenue management to corporate strategy and operational management. Karan holds an MBA in International Marketing and Strategy from IE Business School and a B.Com (Honours) from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
