Cathy Depaola

Cathy DePaola, currently working at RBC Bearings as the Director of HR for the East Coast region, has been in the field of Human Resources for over two decades. Prior to joining RBC Bearings, Cathy worked at Schaeffler as a Human Resource Manager for over 14 years. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Marist College.
